Touchstone Builders

The design concept of the 1,800 square foot second home was largely driven by its spectacular northerly view of the Hood Canal and a highly restrictive view rights covenant. We responded with a simple "shed" roof scheme that allowed for a small second story area with a minimum of visual bulk, and a north wall made up largely of a carefully composed wall of glass facing the view and terrace with a fire pit. We specified materials in order to maintain control cost.
