This project is a very comprehensive remodel and addition to a brick 1930’s “Hollywood Regency” style house perched high above Shilshole marina in Seattle featuring panoramic views of the Olympic range. The goals were to create a setting for family living and entertaining around the terrace, pool, cabana, and outdoor fireplace.
